How We Ship

All Shadow Walker Group products are printed on demand and fulfilled through Printify. Your order goes into production as soon as it's placed, which means we can't make changes after checkout — so double-check your size and color before ordering!

Production + delivery = total wait time. For example, standard US orders typically arrive in 5–12 business days from order date.

Father's Day Orders

Ordering a gift? We recommend placing Father's Day orders at least 2 weeks before June 15 to ensure delivery in time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or color mistakes on the buyer's part. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number at our contact page and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
